[ Medusa is a quiet Italian woman, always polite and gentle, but never taken advantage of. Rumor has it she was nobility, but took a fancy to that scary-looking Arthas fellow and ran away to be with him. She stays home and takes care of the house while he's off pirating, like a good little housewife. There are also rumors that horrible things happen to anyone who gets on her bad side, but why would you want to? She's sweet enough. ]

The comings and goings in this place are so hard to keep track of sometimes. I wonder if there's anyone around who might help me with a little project? The weather has taken its toll on this old house. I'd like to make some additions.

A bit of construction, some paint. The outer walls are salvageable. What better time to add to the house?

I'm afraid the local element has had a hand in the "weather" over the years. It's one of the hazards of making a home in a place like this.

It doesn't surprise me that many a man chooses to live on his ship or on the tavern floor. But I suppose even that grows tiresome after a time.

Do you require any materials or have you gathered what is needed?

I've bought the paint I wanted to use, but that's all I've managed to gather. [ Why work when you can get big strong men to drag huge planks of wood across the island for you? ]

Of course, I have the funding, just not the supplies. [ These doe eyes are masterful. ]

I could gather those things, if required. Where are they?

That's good. While I enjoy helping a lady, my funds are rather short after the sinking of my ship. [And all those drinks he's been buying.]

I suspect the market might be a bit short, but there's plenty of wood to be found here and there.

[ Medusa steps outside and closes the door behind her. She still has her old texts strewn about, and she doesn't want anyone else finding that treasure. ]

That was fast. I'm impressed.

I'm always fast. [Barron smiles, before dropping the planks to the ground. They'd been heavy. It had been a bit of a challenge to steal ones that weren't rotted. He holds out the candlesticks to Medusa.] I also brought you these.
